Sambal Taucu Cili Padi

Recipe From Wan Shana yang sungguh sensasi seantero dunia...



1. Blended Red Onions, Ginger, Garlic and Serai dititik















2. Ginger and garlic - sliced thinly







3. Chili Padi



4. Bawang sederhana besar - potong baji







5. Udang Kering (about RM10/=)



6. 1 1/2 bottle of Tauchu Bilal (ditumbuk)















7. Tumis blended ingredients with serai until naik bau









8. Add sliced ginger and garlic, kacau until golden













9. Add tauchu












10. Tumis until naik minyak












11. Add udang kering















12. Kacau biar sebati for about 5 minutes











13. Add Chili Padi











14. Stir for about 5 minutes











15. Add bawang besar (wedges)











16. Stir for about 5 minutes











17. Add 5-6 tablespoonfuls of sugar










18. Add 1 cup of tamarind juice














19. Stir until kering













Tadaaaaa!!!









nota kaki: masa dok menempel gambar2 ni.. aduss.. dok menelan air liur je.. sunggoh menggiurkan.. mmg kene cuba nih.. dah la tengah lapar nih...

i cannot imagine how to eat the cili api? normally cili api is the ingredients sampingan......
